Core Facility Genomics (CF-GEN)

Overview of Services

Core Facility Genomics (CF-GEN) provides state-of-the-art infrastructure, expert support, and service for a wide range of genomics applications to internal and external customers. We offer comprehensive support including experimental design, Next-Generation Sequencing services, Long-read sequencing, single-cell sequencing, Spatial Transcriptomics, nucleic acid extraction, Genotyping, and Bioinformatics. A complimentary portfolio of data analysis training courses and support with grants and publications help our users achieve their goals. CF-GEN combines three different platforms: Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) including Spatial and single-cell applications, Genotyping (Illumina Microarray). We work hand-in Hand with Core Facility Bioinformatics and Statistics to provide a full service including data QC and analysis, but keeping the flexibility to accept requests at any step of the process. We offer a wide range of services and continuously work on implementing the latest technologies for our user base.
